Mailhouse Services Include:
- De-duplicating and address verification. Your list will be checked against the USPS Address Matching System to find an accurate match for each address. No more bad addresses and wasted postage.
- CASS Certification: After address verification, the correct 11-digit Delivery Point ZIP code and corresponding barcode will be added to each piece, making your mailing eligible for automation bulk mailing rates. This option alone generally pays for itself.
- Pre-sorting your list and completing associated USPS documentation to further reduce your postage rates.
- Inkjet printing of addresses on each card
- Transport of cards to the post office and mailing
NOTE – these prices do not include postage. A check or money order for the full postage amount (amount to be determined based on mailing size) is REQUIRED before the cards can be mailed out.
