Our Story

How Land Sales Marketing Depot came to be.

We’ve been successfully helping businesses of all types and sizes market themselves for decades, with a special focus on real estate for over 20 years. We got our start with land sales marketing specifically when a local client of ours became a part of a national land sales network.

Our work with them was extremely effective, so much so that our client spoke about the success of our marketing methods at their national meeting in 2011.

He told us that he heard a lot of folks in the network discussing their bad experiences with marketing; they had been “taken” many times on projects, wasting thousands of dollars on a website that didn’t work the way they needed. They didn’t know who to hire and how to be sure they had someone trustworthy and talented.

We were soon getting calls from other offices in the network, and even the home/corporate office. Over the years we built an online marketing system just for their network. And now, we present it to you and all land sales professionals.
