Design
Fully-custom design includes your logo, contact info, message, listing images, and anything else you’d like to include. We will work with you to develop the design and layout of your postcard, including text editing, image selection, layout, branding, and design. We will make revisions as needed until you are completely satisfied. You’ll see PDF proofs of the postcard and approve the final design before it goes to print. We manage the entire process for you.
Printing

- Super-thick 16pt cardstock with gloss coating.
- Full color on front and back for maximum impact.
Mailhouse Services
Optional mailhouse services increase your deliverability and reduce your postage rates per piece. Our experienced mailhouse team will work to ensure your postcards are successfully delivered to every address on your list for less postage than if you mailed them yourself.
- De-duplicating and address verification. Your list will be checked against the USPS Address Matching System to find an accurate match for each address. No more bad addresses and wasted postage.
- CASS Certification: After address verification, the correct 11-digit Delivery Point ZIP code and corresponding barcode will be added to each piece, making your mailing eligible for automation bulk mailing rates. This step alone generally pays for itself.
- Pre-sorting your list and completing associated USPS documentation to further reduce your postage rates.
- Inkjet printing of addresses on each card
- Transport of cards to the post office for mailing
NOTE – our prices do not include postage. A check or bank transfer for the full postage amount (amount to be determined based on mailing size) is REQUIRED before the cards mail out.
