How Land Sales Depot came to be:
We’ve been successfully helping businesses of all types and sizes for decades, with a special focus on real estate for over 20 years. We got our start in land sales marketing when a local client of ours joined a national land sales franchise.
Our work with them was extremely effective and his business grew exponentially. Our client spoke about the success of this marketing at the network’s national meeting in 2011.
When back in town, our client told us that he heard a lot of folks at the national meeting discussing their bad experiences with marketing; they had been “taken” many times on projects, wasting thousands of dollars on a website that didn’t work the way they needed. They didn’t know who to hire, or how to be sure they had someone trustworthy and experienced with marketing land.
We were soon getting calls from other offices in the network, and even the home/corporate office, for postcards, business cards, and other marketing materials.
Together with our local broker, we travelled down to meet the top dogs at the national franchise and pitch our idea to create an online marketing system just for their network.
We’ve successfully managed their agents’ marketing through our online shop for over 15 years! And now, we present it to you and all land sales professionals and offices, as Land Sales Marketing Depot…
